We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, leading our technical support team with the ability and desire to work in a high growth, fast-paced, tech company. We are currently looking for an IT Support Manager to give our support team the boost it needs to scale its service with the growth of the company. You will be responsible for developing, optimising and executing on our global support strategy to help customers resolve their questions with the highest level of efficiency and courtesy as possible. Responsibilities will also include supporting our customers as well as colleagues in the use of Sitoo POS and Sitoo Backoffice. You will receive, register, troubleshoot and diagnose platform and hardware related issues in direct contact with the customer or via our 1st Line support. Good communication skills are a must-have in this job. You need to be able to motivate, inspire and generally lead people, as well as dealing with any customer inquiries that head your way.

Professional Experience

You have 3-4 years experience of technical support.
You have previous experience of team management.
You are good at and like to write in both English and Swedish.


You have previous experience of technical training or equivalent. 
You have previous experience from Zendesk. 


A great team leader and a good role model for your colleagues. 
Effectively prioritize and manage tasks simultaneously.
Work independently and also as an active and contributing member of your team.
Deliver a high degree of perceived customer satisfaction.
Motivated by the metrics you are measured daily; customer satisfaction, solution rate, efficiency. You are a Self motivating and problem solver quick thinker and like to move fast and interested in retail.


Post-secondary education or similar


Swedish & English (mandatory)
