Your Challenge

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager you will grow relationships with key customers contacts. You will develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts through proactive activities like reoccuring status meetings, customer forums etc. Work closely with Onboarding Team, Support Team and other Sitoo teams to find the best solution to customer cases and issues. In short: As a Customer Success Manager you will make sure our customers will be successful within Sitoo.

Profile

We are looking for a qualified Customer Success Manager that thrives in a challenging and fast growing Saas company. You are outgoing, social, fearless and have the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed. As a person, you are a natural born networker and good at relationships! You start from Stockholm but some trips occur in the service. You will actually be the first Customer Success Manager at Sitoo. 

 

Professional Experience:

It is an advantage if you have about 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
