About the role
Sitoo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in addressing and up-selling to our existing customer base. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Responsibility
- Manage and lead the customer success team responsible for addressing and up-selling to our existing customer base.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify up-selling opportunities and develop tailored plans for each customer.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the customer success process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our platform and its capabilities in order to effectively communicate this to customers.
- Identify and resolve issues and challenges that arise with existing customers.
- Prepare regular reports on customer success performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Profile
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer success software and tools.
- Experience working in the retail industry is a plus.
- If you are a self-starter with a passion for customer success and a proven track record of success in a customer success management role.
Requirement
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management or a related field, with a focus with a focus on addressing and up-selling to existing customers.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field on addressing and up-selling to existing customers.
Language
Excellent English (verbal and written). Any additional Scandinavian or European languages would be advantageous.
Location
For this opportunity you will be based in Stockholm/Sweden and working from our head office in Stockholm/ Sweden.
