About the role
Sitoo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in addressing and up-selling to our existing customer base. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Manage and lead the customer success team responsible for addressing and up-selling to our existing customer base.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify up-selling opportunities and develop tailored plans for each customer.
Continuously evaluate and improve the customer success process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our platform and its capabilities in order to effectively communicate this to customers.
Identify and resolve issues and challenges that arise with existing customers.
Prepare regular reports on customer success performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with customer success software and tools.
Experience working in the retail industry is a plus.
If you are a self-starter with a passion for customer success and a proven track record of success in a customer success management role.
5+ years of experience in customer success management or a related field, with a focus with a focus on addressing and up-selling to existing customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field on addressing and up-selling to existing customers.
Excellent English (verbal and written). Any additional Scandinavian or European languages would be advantageous.
