About the role
Are you passionate about helping customers and providing excellent service? Do you have experience in a customer support role and want to work with cutting edge technology? Then you could be the right person to join our team.
At Sitoo we recently brought our customer support in-house, and we're looking for a
talented individual to join our team as a Technical customer care specialist.
Responsibility
You will be our customers first point of contact regarding the Sitoo software and external hardware.
You will be the friendly voice of Sitoo, providing service and technical support via
phone, email and chat.
Together with your colleagues in the Customer Care team you will create positive customer experiences every day.
You believe in putting quality and reliability first and always having the customer's best interest in mind.
Profile
Strong problem-solver and a communicator that can describe complex problems in a clear and simple way.
Ability to prioritize and manage your time
Curious mind for how things work and a learner that always are up to date on
technical solutions and services
Positive attitude and a strong collaborator that will do whatever is needed to contribute to positive customer experiences and great teamwork.
Also nice if you are familiar with working in ticket-management systems.
Requirement
Experience from technical customer support, preferably also from working
with POS, ERP/ payment solutions or other SaaS solutions. A bonus if you have experience from retail and/or a tech company
Education
Highschool or equivalent
Language
Swedish language is mandatory
Excellent English (verbal and written).
Danish and Norwegian languages preferred

Details
