About the role
As a Sales Director you will play a crucial part in leading and inspiring Sitoo's sales team across different regions. You will work cross-functional with both leadership and strategic sales. It's a role that will combine setting up new processes, training, hiring and supporting our Account Executives, while also being a vital part in taking Sitoo to the next level in terms of complex sales and stakeholder management.
What you will do
- Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives across different regions, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set scalable processes, way-of-working to secure Sitoo standards are measured and met.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the Sitoo footprint in the global retail market.
- Support team members with strategic navigation in complex sales engagements with global retailers, but also engaging with C-level stakeholders and board members to secure success.
- Identify new business opportunities in our target markets to drive growth and market penetration.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and internal processes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of sales strategies.
- Set clear expectations on knowledge levels, way-of-working & KPIs.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the sales organization.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Proficient in Complex Selling and RFP-driven business.
- Handling large deals involving multiple stakeholders (C-level) with board decision-making.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Sales Director.
- Knowledgeable in Marketing and Partner relations.
