Are you the UX/UI Designer we are looking for?

Your mission at Sitoo

As a UI/UX Designer at Sitoo you will be a vital part in building Sitoo’s next generation POS (Point of Sales) offering. You will work as part of an agile organization with the goal of developing technology to provide the best Point of Sales and Unified Commerce Platform in the world. You will be involved in both the POS as well as the accompanying Back office. Since we are a small team, your impact and influence will be significant. This also means that you will have to take a lot of responsibility and be part of shaping how we work.

What you will do 

• Be responsible throughout the full design process, from concepts, prototyping and user-research all the way to satisfied customers. 
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers as well as with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we create intuitive products from complex ideas. 
• Create, maintain and evolve a design language in Figma, ensuring that we build a consistent experience across multiple platforms. 
• Conduct user-research and interact with stakeholders and customers to make sure that we understand their needs and can surpass their expectations.

What you’ll bring to the table

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a B2B/SaaS tech company
• Worked in cross-functional teams, in a fast-paced environment where you had to adapt to change.
• Strong communication skills. Need to be able to understand customer challenges and clearly explain solutions.

Nice to have

• Mentored junior team members.
• Basic programming understanding in iOS, Android or Web (CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React)
• Experience from retail.
