Your mission at Sitoo

At Sitoo, we're building a modern retail platform with global ambitions — and we’re looking for a Staff iOS Engineer to help shape that future.

In this role, you’ll make direct contributions to our iOS codebase, while also guiding and mentoring engineers around you. You’ll influence the direction of our product, take part in critical architectural decisions, and play a key role in scaling both our technology and our engineering culture. Whether you're operating at Staff level already or growing toward it — we want to hear from you.

• Stay connected with the team’s work, provide input when needed, unblock critical decisions, and help drive architectural clarity.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers by offering guidance, unblocking challenges, reviewing code, and shaping best practices to continuously improve how we work.
• Help us evolve our iOS codebase — improving reliability, scalability, and code quality over time, while continuing to deliver features using Swift and modern frameworks.
• Play a critical role in modernizing our app: addressing legacy code, reducing tech debt, and closing architectural gaps. You’ll help build the foundation for a healthier, more scalable product — and guide us through the journey with empathy and technical leadership.
• Help with hiring and contribute to defining engineering practices, standards, and how we grow as an org.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Deep experience building, running, and scaling robust iOS applications written in Swift. 
  
• A strong grasp of system design and architecture, especially in mobile ecosystems.
• A background working in fast-growing or scaling environments.
• Previous experience in mentoring, technical leadership, or interviewing engineers.
• A product-oriented mindset — you think beyond code and care about delivering customer value.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
