Your mission at Sitoo
As a Partnership Manager at Sitoo, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive growth, expand our ecosystem, and enhance customer value across the retail tech landscape.
In this role, you will team up with different partners like tech companies, consultants and system experts to make sure everyone succeeds together. To do well, you’ll need to be good at building strong relationships, commercial acumen and know how software for the retail industry operates.
What you will do:
- Proactive collaboration with Sitoo's Partners and Sitoo's commercial organisation to generate leads, pipeline growth and new sales bookings
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, opportunity influence and pipeline contribution to the yearly new sales quota.
- Identify, recruit, and activate strategic technology and service partners aligned with Sitoo’s go-to-market strategy.
- Co-develop business plans with partners, including joint value propositions, co-selling strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive future revenues.
- Serve as the internal voice of the partner, ensuring their needs are represented in product and operational development.
What you’ll bring to the table
- 3+ years in a partner management, alliances or channel role—preferably within SaaS or retail tech
- Strong business mindset and commercial understanding of SaaS business models, retail value chains, and how partners influence the customer journey
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable impact on new sales
- Familiarity with POS, CDP, ERP, or commerce platforms is a plus
