Your mission at Sitoo

At Sitoo, we are kicking off the next phase of our growth journey, and are looking for a Head of People & Culture to help us preserve and elevate our vibrant company culture and lead strategic People initiatives that truly support our growth mission.
In this crucial role, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission to quickly onboard and upskill our growing team of new as well as existing employees. You will hands on be overseeing the execution of our employee engagement, career development, and compensation & benefits strategies. You’ll ensure we have the right HR tools in place to support our growth, while championing initiatives that reflect our mission, vision, and core values. You will also work closely with the organization to ensure that Sitoo remains a place where people love to work and grow.
What you will do
- Ensure Sitoo adopts a world class approach to onboarding and knowledge sharing fostering efficient growth
- Refine and optimize the organization's approach to career progression, compensation, and levelling
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on people matters and best practices
- Contribute to and support broader people projects spanning culture, retention, training, and performance management
- Manage all people operations functions, including but not limited to benefit and compensation administration, HRIS management & employee data, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and compliance
- Oversee and coordinate HR and People matters in relation to our offices outside Sweden (currently UK and Denmark)
What you’ll bring to the table
- 5+ years of professional People/HR Operations experience at a growth company, preferably in tech
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, including labour law, compliance, and performance management
- Familiar with HRIS and benefit administration (we currently use HaileyHR)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build and execute people initiatives from scratch
- Experience from an international environment with locations outside Sweden
