Your mission at Sitoo
Commercial events are a cornerstone of our go-to-market strategy. You will own our end-to-end event engine – from scoping and campaign planning to production, on-site excellence and post-event handoff – and scale both the capacity and quality of our presence across flagship trade shows, partner activations, and Sitoo-hosted formats.
What you will do
- Own and scale our event engine – drive the overall event strategy, calendar and priorities, and ensure cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Partners and Expansion.
- Plan and execute events end-to-end – from major trade shows and Sitoo-hosted events to partner activations and webinars. Define objectives, audience, narrative, logistics and success metrics.
- Lead cross-functional delivery – brief and coordinate Content, Design, Digital and vendors (venues, booth builders, AV, freight) to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
- Manage event assets and campaigns – build HubSpot pages, forms and email cadences; handle segmentation, workflows, tracking and reporting; drive pre-event and live social coverage.
- Ensure on-site excellence – oversee booth build/dismantle, brand consistency and lead capture; represent Sitoo on the ground at priority events.
- Own budgets and vendor relationships – manage event budgets end-to-end, negotiate with suppliers and track actuals.
- Measure, optimize and scale – track ROI and pipeline impact, run retrospectives, document learnings and continuously improve playbooks for repeatability.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Proven B2B events/field marketing experience – ideally from SaaS or tech, with strong trade show and event management skills.
- Project management excellence – able to run complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives calmly, transparently and on time.
- Hands-on with tools – experienced in Asana/Monday (or similar), Google Workspace and HubSpot Marketing (pages, forms, workflows, automation).
- AI-savvy - curious about, and preferably experienced with, using AI tools to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and explore new ways of working in marketing.
- Strong collaboration skills – confident partner to Sales, Partners and Expansion, with great stakeholder and vendor management.
- Fluent English – excellent written and verbal communication at native or near-native level.
