IT Digital Workplace Specialist

Sitoo is a fast-growing technology company with no intention of slowing down. As we scale at a rate of ~50% YoY, we are looking for a communicative IT Specialist to join our IT team and help us manage that growth sustainably.
Your mission at Sitoo
You will be the coach, catalyst, enabler for how Sitoo works, driving efficiency and adoption of AI. You will be running enablement, and making it easy for every team to do great work. You’ll still be hands-on working with our digital workplace stack and delivering per department changes with day to day ticketing but the biggest part of the job is teaching, guiding, and scaling good habits.
What you will do
Educate and enable teams on ways of working and the use of AI by running workshops, creating playbooks, while building a champions network to measure impact.
You will define ways of working, information architecture, naming, permissions, templates and lifecycle in Notion, Google, Slack, BI tooling
You will collaborate and execute per department changes and small requests, partner with IT on a day to day ticketing and keep the backlog flowing.
Take ownership over our IT platforms, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack and Atlassian, while managing system changes, release notes, and stakeholder updates.
Promote and implement AI for productivity. Roll out safe, high ROI internal use cases for existing tools and measure impact.
What you'll bring to the table
3-5 years of experience of leading enablement or driving change within Digital Workplace, Business Systems or Solutions Engineer
Strong admin skills across Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, BI Tooling, Automation tools (n8n, zapier).
You’re a teacher at heart: clear communicator, facilitation pro, great at documentation.
Comfortable shipping small improvements daily while guiding bigger cross functional changes.
Security aware working style (SSO/SCIM, least privilege, retention, audit logs).
