Your mission at Sitoo
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, responsible for nurturing and engaging client partnerships, building lasting relationships, and showcasing the value of Sitoo’s innovative products. Using a consultative approach, you’ll seek to understand each client’s unique needs and position Sitoo as their essential solution. You will be the primary bridge between our technology and the merchant’s success, ensuring that every account in your portfolio thrives and flourishes.
What you will do
Lead the commercial journey of your accounts, which includes achieving revenue goals and facilitating the entire renewal and negotiation process.
Discover new opportunities to grow your accounts by creating thoughtful proposals for up-selling and identifying untapped potential within your portfolio.
Act as a strategic partner to your merchants by building rapport with C-level executives, gathering deep insights into their business goals, and co-creating long-term account plans.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to introduce new features during business reviews and stay connected in the field through store visits, events, and client dinners.
Contribute beyond day-to-day management by helping bridge the gap between sales and marketing, highlighting success stories, and fostering the references that help our community grow.
What you’ll bring to the table
3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager.
Professional background within the retail industry.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Experience in both new business acquisition and managing renewals.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, and a high level of professional dedication.
