Your mission at Sitoo
As a Data Analyst at Sitoo, you will be a foundational member of the Data & Analytics team, responsible for turning data into trusted insights that guide product, commercial, and operational decisions across the company.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will help shape how Sitoo defines success, measures performance, and uses data in everyday decision-making. You’ll work closely with Product, Commercial, Operations, and Engineering to make data clear, actionable, and decision-ready. If you enjoy ownership, close collaboration with stakeholders, and seeing your insights directly influence how a company builds, operates, and grows, this role is for you.
What you’ll bring to the table
You are a curious and hands-on Data Analyst who enjoys working close to the business and learning how data drives product and commercial decisions. You like taking ownership of analyses, working from a vaguely defined question to a well-communicated insight, and improving how data is used over time and impacting the business.
You’re comfortable collaborating with Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams and motivated by seeing your work used in real decisions. You value clarity over complexity and are developing your ability to explain insights, assumptions, and limitations to different audiences.
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Data Analyst, or similar role, supporting product, commercial, or operational decisions.
Experience working directly with stakeholders, translating business or product questions into clear analyses, defining metrics and KPIS, and communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports in a BI or analytics tool like Metabase, Looker, Power BI, Tableau etc.
Solid working knowledge of SQL, with experience working in modern cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, or similar).
Familiarity with core analytics concepts such as funnels, cohorts, retention, and basic growth metrics.
Basic understanding of experimentation and A/B testing, including metric selection and interpretation of results.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted analytics partner to Product, Engineering and Commercial teams, turning business and product questions into clear analyses and decision-ready insights with measurable business impact. Collaborating closely with data engineer, PM’s and engineers.
Define, develop and standardize core KPIs and metric definitions, helping establish a shared language for growth, retention, engagement, and revenue.
Build and maintain dashboards and insights reports that the organisation and teams rely on to run the business and evaluate product performance.
Perform deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, and feature performance to inform prioritization and strategy.
Support experimentation and A/B testing, from hypothesis and success metrics to analysis, learnings, and recommendations.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to improve tracking, event schemas, and data quality, contributing to a scalable analytics foundation.
