Sitoo is a fast-growing technology company with no intention of slowing down. As we scale at a rate of ~50% YoY, and have standardised on Notion, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack. Now we’re hiring someone who will educate and enable our teams, turning tools into better ways of working across the company.
We’re now looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist who is system-savvy, curious, and ready to take the next step in their career. This role is perfect for you who enjoy working hands-on with tools and processes and wants to grow into a more enabling and guiding role.
Your mission at Sitoo
You will be the coach, catalyst, and enabler for how Sitoo works: designing golden paths, running enablement, and making it easy for every team to do great work. You will be working cross-functionally and be part of the virtual Operational Excellence team. You’ll still get hands-on owning our digital workplace stack and delivering per‑department changes with day‑to‑day ticketing, but the biggest part of the job is teaching, guiding, and scaling good habits.
You’ll drive adoption through short, practical enablement (micro-sessions, and embedded coaching in existing team rituals) and phased rollouts (audit → prioritize → pilot → scale), avoiding big-bang change.
What you will do
Audit how teams use tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian today, and map out high-value workflows to design a fast, secure information architecture.
Collaborate with IT and Operational Excellence to support teams in their daily work by handling tickets, managing system changes, and resolving friction points.
Enable teams by creating templates, playbooks, and short how-to videos, and building a champions network to boost adoption.
Oversee day-to-day platform administration for internal collaboration tools, including tracking system changes, release notes, and stakeholder updates.
Explore and roll out safe internal AI use cases and lightweight workflows, like Slack prompts, to reduce back-and-forth and improve how work is found.
What you’ll bring to the table
5+ years of experience leading enablement or change within Digital Workplace, Business Systems, or Solutions Engineering.
Strong system administration skills across Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, BI tooling, and automation or workflow tools.
A natural teacher with clear communication skills, facilitation experience, and a strong knack for creating documentation.
A structured mindset, comfortable shipping small improvements daily while helping guide larger cross-functional changes at a steady pace.
Solid understanding of security best practices, including SSO/SCIM, least privilege, retention policies, and audit logs.
Experience with Jira Service Management, HRIS integrations, or LLM evaluations is a strong plus.
