Your mission at Sitoo
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive account-based demand and ensure Sitoo is highly visible when enterprise retailers research their next solution. Along with another Growth Marketer, who owns paid media, your mission is to make Sitoo top-of-mind across the Nordics, UK, and US. This is a role for someone who thinks in specific target accounts, not broad, generic audiences.
You’ll bring a broad growth marketing profile with two core strengths: ABM for enterprise retail accounts and visibility across SEO, AI search and LLMs.
This means you’ll work across account-based campaigns, nurture flows, organic growth and AI search visibility. One day, you might turn ICP insights into a targeted ABM motion with Sales, Creative and Content. The next, you might identify where Sitoo is missing from search results, AI-generated answers or LLM recommendations, and turn that into clear priorities for content, campaigns and optimisation.
This is a hands-on execution role with strategic ownership. If you want the autonomy to choose your own tools, build an AI search strategy from scratch, and make a measurable impact on a growing global brand, this is for you.
What you'll do
Lead and develop integrated, full-funnel ABM motions targeting high-value retail accounts across the Nordics, the UK and the US.
Drive Sitoo’s organic and AI search visibility, optimizing our presence across traditional SEO, AIO, and LLM-driven discovery.
Identify where we are missing from traditional search results, AI-generated answers and recommendations, and turn those insights into content, campaign and optimisation priorities.
Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and post-event journeys for our target account segments.
Translate buyer questions, ICP insights and AI/search visibility gaps into sharp content briefs for guides, reports, webinars, comparison journeys, nurture flows and other demand-generation assets.
Analyse content, channel and visibility performance to understand what creates account engagement, improves visibility and contributes to the pipeline.
What you’ll bring to the table
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation, growth marketing or ABM for a B2B SaaS company, preferably from a fast-growing business with international reach.
Strong understanding of SEO and AIO, specifically how AI search and LLM discovery are reshaping the way modern buyers research software vendors.
Hands-on expertise with full-funnel motions (across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages) using modern GTM and automation platforms.
A forward-thinking mindset that comfortably leverages AI tools to scale research, planning, and SEO execution while keeping human strategy at the core.
Strong analytical skills to translate buyer needs into sharp content briefs, backed by a solid grasp of modern ABM and demand generation KPIs.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Nice to have:
Excellent English communication skills, with insight into our core expansion markets (the UK or US).
Industry background in retail tech or experience targeting enterprise retail buyers.
